At Meowkit, we want every order to bring a little more joy to your everyday routine. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
- Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in its original condition;
In the original packaging;
Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of use;
Returned with all original accessories, manuals, tags, and packaging materials.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

- Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Final Sale items;
BlindBoxs
Last Chance / Outlet items;
Gift cards;
Customized or personalized items;
Free gifts or promotional gifts;
Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered;
Personal care items that have been opened or used;
Kitchen knives, cutters, or sharp tools that show signs of use;
Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery.

A brief description of the problem.
Once confirmed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
- Return Shipping
If the return is caused by our error, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide a solution after reviewing the case.
For returns due to personal reasons, such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer wanting the product, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or required by applicable law.
Please do not send your return back before contacting us. Our customer service team will provide the correct return instructions after your return request is approved.
- Safety Notice for Returning Sharp Items
For kitchen knives, box cutters, or any sharp tools, please make sure the blade is safely covered and the item is securely packed before shipping it back.
Meowkit is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss caused by unsafe return packaging.
- Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the item you want is unavailable, we may offer a refund, or an alternative product recommendation.
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing usually takes 1–3 business days after approval, but your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
- Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
